What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 30-day free trial gives you full access at no charge — no credit card required up front. When it ends, your subscription begins at $4.95/month, our discounted early-preview price. You can cancel anytime from your account, including during the trial.
Do I lose my work if I cancel?
You'll lose access to Vizloom itself, but not your work. Everything is saved locally on your machine — your songs, visuals, and rendered videos stay right where they are and remain fully accessible. The Vizloom library is stored locally too, but it stays locked until you renew; pick your subscription back up and it's all there waiting.
Can I use Vizloom on more than one machine?
Yes. A single license lets you install and use Vizloom on up to 2 machines — for example your studio desktop and a laptop for editing on the go.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. While in early preview we want to keep things simple and flexible: monthly only, cancel anytime, no commitment. If you feel a different kind of billing would work better for you, do let us know at info@vizloom.com and we'll consider it for the future.
